PlanetLizard is currently producing the feature film Jules Dongu Saves The World. It is being shot in and around the Tampa Bay area on true HD.
Synopsis:
Anime's #1 voiceover actor, Jules Dongu (Christian Schwier), has just become an overnight success. He's got the girl, the "drugs", and the custom-made armor to prove it. But fame has gone to his head and his eccentricities and addiction to powdered Ginseng cause him to lose it all in a moment of weakness.
Abandoned by his high-paid Hollywood entourage, his only true friend, Squirrely (Joshua Hammel), a renaissance re-enactor, tries to help get his life back on track.
But meanwhile, Director Steven Semen (Jeff Hillyer) has concocted a sinister plot to brainwash the world's population: with his new satellite TV network. When Dongu and Squirrely stumble upon the plot, will they have what it takes to save the world?
